此次实习，我们首先深入生产车间，参观骨瓷生产流水线，了解了骨质瓷的生产工艺流程，对于此工艺的学习，使我们对一线的工作有了比较全面地了解，接触到了以前从未接触过的全新领域，增加了对骨质瓷行业的了解，也为今后参加工作后，如何能够更好、更快地了解，适应一线的工作打下了良好的基础。
随着中国加入世界贸易组织以及越来越多的企业进入国际市场，社会对外经贸从业人员的需求不断的发展，这给广大国际贸易专业毕业生求职者创造了良好的就业机会。不同国家之间进行跨国界商品买卖，由于进行交易的双方属于两个不同的国家或地区，因此从事这种商业活动比国内更为复杂、困难，因而也更具有挑战性。从事国际商务活动，尤其是国际间货物买卖，而这种工作的特点就是要求商务人员在掌握基本知识的同时，必须具有很强的实践能力，即贸易实际操作能力。而现代的国际商务活动，对从业人员的知识结构、实践能力和基本素质提出了更高要求，因此我们也面临着更大的挑战。我们在校大学生必须不断的提高自己以适应新的形式。我们通过对--公司的调查和对相关人员的提问，了解了--公司的贸易流程。
1、--公司的贸易流程：
--骨质瓷公司产品主要出口到欧美日等发达国家，通过参加各种展会与客户洽谈，吸引客户来厂参观，客户确认生产能力，管理水平和质量情况以后，然后在确认样品，商讨价格，付款方式，交货期，包装，运输，最后正式订合同，外贸业务员再制定生产排产单交给生产计划部门，由其安排生产，在生产中由质量监督部门负责产品质量监督和不合格产品控制，业务人员这时要把握好生产进度的情况，并及时的和客户进行沟通和交流，了解客户的问题和意见，在90%的产品生产出来以后，业务人员制作报检单据，并交给公司报检员报检，取得换证凭条等一系列手续，以后，待货齐全后，由船务人员租船订舱，并安排装柜，制作报关单据，运到指定港口，由公司报关员报关，发运，并取得相关单据，最后取得并确认水单，出口收汇核销，取得退税。到此，贸易基本完成。其中要注意的是在客户签订合同以后，财务人员确认定金，信用证付款方式下要催证，审证，改证，无误后方安排生产。
2、由特殊推广到普遍，我们可以得到进出口公司的一般贸易流程：
(1)、了解市场概况。要想在激烈的市场中生存就必须能够迅速把握市场动态，了解最新市场供需情况。锁定了目标市场，接下来就是寻找交易对象。
(2)、同业务伙伴建立业务关系。
(3)、询盘、发盘、还盘、接收。
(4)、外销合同的签订。合同的起草是一项重要的、细致的工作，起草一份合同必须从本企业和他方企业双方的利益出发，考虑各方面风险，认真起草合同中的每项条款。
(5)、填写各类单据。出口商要想顺利把商品送出关外，必须正确填写各类单据，这其中有报验单，商业--，装箱单，核销单，报关单，汇票，一般产地证明等等。
(6)、后期工作。单据填写完成后随后的工作是去外运公司租船定舱，报验，出口保险，核销备案，报关，装船出运，制单交单，收汇，核销及退税。
由以上可以看出国际贸易的中间环节多，涉及面广，除交易双方当事人外，还涉及商检、运输、保险、金融、车站、港口和海关等部门以及各种中间商和代理商。如果哪个环节出了问题，就会影响整笔交易的正常进行，从而损害交易双方当事人或其中一方的经济利益，并有可能引起法律上的纠纷。因此我们将来在做贸易的过程中，一定要做到不遗不漏，认真心细，避免造成不必要的损失，这就要求我们必须具备做贸易的基本素质。
以上提到国际贸易的中间环节多而且复杂，一不小心就会出岔子，因此我们要摆正心态，热爱外贸工作，养成认真细心的好习惯，不懂就问，另外，在国际贸易中，交易双方的成交量通常都比较大，而且交易的商品在运输过程中可能遭到各种自然灾害、意外事故和其它外来风险。所以通常还需要办理各种保险，以避免或减少经济损失。因此，我们一定要有专业的知识和为对方着想的意识，多站在客户的角度思考，这样就能在质量与服务上让客户得到更多的满意，外贸作为一门服务性行业要求我们在对待客户是表现更多的热情，更多的耐心这样才能做到利益化。做贸易还要有一种竞争观念，现代社会竞争激烈，做外贸竞争越发激烈，同时做外贸也只允许赢，面对激烈的竞争要打造自己的特色吸引外商的眼球，同时还必须有细腻的心思，敏捷的观察力，这样才不会在大浪掏沙中沉没。摆正心态和换位思考王总经理在讲座中多次提到并强调过。
