cordova插件安装由于网络原因，经常会出来插件安装失败的情况
于是在网站搜索了一个下载包来安装，不用在线装

以实际情况操作：
下载cordova微信支付插件
解压，里面是一个package文件夹
在cordova项目文件夹下执行
cordova plugin add E:wwwrootVuecordova-plugin-wechat --variable wechatappid=xxxxxx
安装成功
