ubuntu默认的输入法是ibus框架，而搜狗输入法是基于fcitx的框架，因此需要先安装fcitx框架。
STEP1： 在Ubuntu Software Center 搜索fcitx，安装fcitx输入法框架，安装好后在任务栏右上角会出现fcitx设置图标（一个键盘）.
或通过如下命令
sudo apt-get install fcitx
sudo apt-get install libssh2-1
STEP 2.System Settings -> Language Support -> Keyboard input method system -> fcitx;
STEP 3.System Settings -> Text Entry点击左下角"+"，增加Chinese;
STEP 4.搜狗官网/Linux/?r=pinyin，下载Linux版搜狗拼音deb安装包（注意区分32位与64位系统），双击即可安装，安装完成后注销或重启即可；
STEP 5.设置fcitx输入法。进入fcitx configuration，此时在fcitx设置中已经检测到搜狗拼音输入法，添加即可。
点击左下角+号，在弹出对话框中将only show current language前面的勾去掉，即可搜索到Sogou Pinyin
到此完成安装，可通过Ctrl+Space键进行切换输入法。
