一点说明：
由于处理see信息的模式字符串过于复杂，而且耗费精力，此处仅仅使用了字典来进行处理，而且也没有分清楚每个数字具体的物理意义。最后将字典格式的json文件写入了文件。可以使用format()函数来进行字符串格式化涉及知识点：
文件读写深拷贝字符串处理的split方法向list之中添加字典对象的实现方式是拷贝一份原对象的引用过去，也就是浅拷贝，为了实现在list之中添加多条同字典信息，需要实现字典对象的深拷贝，也就是使用
