问题现象：

解决方法
[dave@Dave admin]$ exit
logout
[root@Dave Desktop]# chmod -R 777 /var/tmp/.oracle
[root@Dave Desktop]# su - dave
验证
[dave@Dave ~]$ lsnrctl start
