摘 要
古人云“谱牒立身之根本也”，其意为家谱是你追根溯源的重要依据。“夫家有谱、地州有志、国有史，其义也如此”家谱与国史、方志齐名，可见家谱的重要性。一个家族的文化在历史长河中代代相传，唯有通过修谱来追根溯源，你才能更准确的去了解关于自己的祖先和自己家族的发展历程。
传统的笔墨修谱不仅编修麻烦，而且纸质谱不容易保存，年代久远了会出现字迹不清，谱本损坏等问题，这样在长远保存和后人想要追溯更久远的家族历史就成了一个棘手的问题。随着当前数字化信息化的飞速发展，“信息”、“数字”等新元素已经融入了人们的生活。人们在快节奏的生活中所追求的是方便快捷美观，所以传统的笔墨修谱必然会被数字化修谱所取代。
为了解决传统宗谱存在的各种弊端，我们在这里对数字化网上宗谱进行了各个方面的研究与实现。本文以(姚安赵氏宗谱网站的设计与实现为例)，基于PHP脚本语言和MySQL数据库开发技术来实现网站的前后台交互功能。通过设计制作动态家谱树形结构对家族成员信息进行在线管理，也实现了宗谱的在线编修工作。采用PHP脚本语言编写程序，整个网站的条理清晰，后期更新维护工作更便捷。
