前面几讲已经讲过了，定语从句，只要会关系词，就可以放心了；名词性从句，只要会连接词也就行了；同样，状语从句，只要会用连词，就没问题。
状语从句，这些年考得并不多，笔者认为，状语从句不难，那些连词也很好判断。我们说话都是讲逻辑的，你会说，“因为……所以，”，你不会说，“因为……但是……”吧。
首先，你来说说，下面都是什么状语从句,它们的连词还有哪些？
1.When they heard the news, they all jumped with joy.
2.Since everybody is here, let’s begin our meeting.
3.You’ll fail the exam unless you study hard.
4.We should go where the Party needs us most.
5.He is unhappy though/although he has a lot of money.
6.Mike is such an honest worker that we all believe him.
7.I’ll speak slowly so that you can understand me.
8.The old lady treats the boy as if he were her own son.
9.I know you better than he does.

这是一道短文改错题，原文中用了“though....but...”,我们知道，这是让步状语从句，连词只能用一个，所以，要把后面的连词“but”去掉才可以。是不是只要知道是什么从句，懂得连词的用法就可以了呢。
