冀东区1943年春夏季恢复根据地作战冀东区1943年春夏季恢复根据地作战Recapture of the Base Area in the Eastern Hebei Area in the Spring and Summer of 1943Iidongqu 1943 NIQn Chun一xiaii HuifuGeniudi Zuozhan冀东区1943年春夏季恢复根据地作战(Ree叩ture of the Base Area in the East-ern Hebei Area in the SPring and Surnnler of1943)1942年，日军在华北发动第4、第5次“治安强化运动”，使冀东抗日根据地遭到严重破坏，辖区缩小。活动于该区的八路军晋察冀军区第13军分区主力和部分游击队转移到滦河以东，北平(今北京)至山海关铁路以南和热河省(今分属河北、辽宁、内蒙古)南部、中部和辽宁省西部开辟新区。1943年2月初，第13军分区以2/3的兵力，从热南山区出发，分东、西、中三路重返根据地基本区。东、西路分别进到迁安、丰润和蓟县以北，遭到日伪军重兵阻拦，退回出发地。中路进到丰润、唐山地区被日伪军7 000余人包围，经激战，歼敌600余人，突出重围，转移至滦河以东地区。6月中旬，冀东地区的日军一部调到其他战场。第13军分区决定利用日军兵力削弱，且高秆农作物形成青纱帐的有利条件，组织以恢复平地，保卫山区，巩固滦东、路南新区为目标的作战。第13团大部和第2区队由将军关以西人关，绕道平谷、三河等地，打破日伪军围攻堵截，进人玉田以南霞港;第H团由下营以东人关，经遵化到达玉田以南地区，与第4区队配合，恢复丰润、玉田、宁河之间和遵化南部的基本区;第12团人关后，会同第7、第8区队等地方武装，扫除滦河以西、迁安地区的联庄伙会，进到丰润、滦县、迁安地区。各县地方武装和大批地方干部也相继返回根据地基本区。7月3日，第4区队奇袭玉田城南的窝洛沽日伪军据点，歼300余人;随后攻克石臼窝据点，歼100余人，恢复了丰润、玉田、宁河根据地。在此期间，第1区队在滦县西南地区歼日伪军490余人。第12团主力在滦东地区争取伪军1个营反正。第13团一部在兴隆地区歼日伪军140余人。经过3个多月的艰苦斗争，冀东抗日根据地恢复和发展到19个县、118个区，人口达3 90万，进人新的发展阶段。(崔海明)
