水电站水库优化调度水电站水库优化调度optimized operation for reservoir of hydro-power stationshLJ，dlor、Zhor、ghL{一伙L{yotjh一上〔ld一oodt-水电站水库优化调度(optimized operationfor reservoir of hydropower station)根据电力系统对水电站运行的要求.并顾及综合利用的各项目标，运用优化理论和方法所得到的相对优化的水电站水库长期运行策略。它是指导水电站水库实现最佳长期控制运用的一种科学管理方法，能较充分地反映面临时段的决策对未来时期运行的影响，因而比常规的水库调度图法优越。电力系统中水电站实现优化调度，一般均可在满足规定的综合利用要求下，获得增加电量、提高保证出力和提高供电可靠性等效益。水电站水库优化调度可分为单库优化调度和库群联合优化调度两种。后者比前者要复杂得多.所使用的具体数学方法也不尽相同。优化准则一般都是在满足运行可靠性及综合利用各项要求等一组约束条件下，使用水电站总效益的数学期望值达最大，或使电力系统年支出费用的数学期望值达最小。单库优化调度运用优化理论推求单个水电站水库优化运行策略，即确定水电站在年内各时段的优化运行方式。调度模型分类根据径流描述方法的不同可分为确定性模型和随机模型两类。①确定性模型结构简单.求解相对容量。其基本假定是未来时期各时段的入流确切已知。这一假定显然与实际情况不符.因此它所求得的结果并非真正的优化效益，所得的优化策略无法指导水库的实际运行。为弥补这一缺陷，通常对该模型求解所得到的水库水位和水电站出力的过程线，用统计方法建立各时段状态变量(如时段初库水位)与决策变里(如水电站时段平均出力或时段末库水位)的相关关系，作为指导水电站水库的调度线.这类由确定性模型派生出来的模型称为隐随机模型，由此得到的实际效益比理想的优化效益低。②随机模型结构复杂，它认为未来时期各时段的人流服从一定的概率分布，且这种分布可根据已有的人流实测系列用统计方法预先确定。因此，所得到的优化运行策略能够直接指导水电站水库的实际运行。由于考虑到未来时期入流的各种“实现”的可能性，其优化效益要用期望值表达，即具有“平均的意义”.实际运行中可通过预报手段，提高未来时期径流的预报精度，把不确定因素局限在预报误差的最小范围内，则水电站水库调度可能得到更切近实际的优化结果。按优化目标的选定，优化调度模型可分为单目标优化和多目标优化两种。前者选定一个主要目标作为优化目标，把综合利用的其他目标或要求作为约束条件予以考虑。后者要求几个目标同时达到总体优化，但它只适用于确定性模型。通常，水电站水库优化调度只考虑单目标优化。
