纹枯利分子式:C10H7Cl2NO2分子量:244.08CAS号:24096-53-5性质:白色鳞状结晶。熔点137.5-139℃。易溶于四氢呋喃、二甲基亚砜、二氧六环、苯、氯仿,溶于甲醇、乙醇,难溶于正己烷、石油醚;30℃时在水中的溶解度为240ppm。制备方法:由3,5-二氯苯胺与丁二酸反应而得。用途:菌核净为农用杀菌剂,对水稻纹枯病、油菜菌核净、烟草赤星病等有良好的防治效果。防治油菜菌核病按有效成分防治一次为每亩30-50g,防治两次为每亩40-100g,防治效果达90-100%。该品对雄小白鼠口服LD50为1280mg/kg,雄大白鼠为2073mg/kg。
