人本主义性观念人本主义性观念humanistic view of sexuality人本主义性观念(humanistie view ofsexuality)为源起于西方社会的以“人类自由权利不可俊犯—自由意志论”为其基本观点的性价值观。人本主义本为西欧自封建社会过渡到资本主义社会即文艺复兴时期所涌现出来的一种哲学思潮，其自由意志论在反对禁欲主义中是一面人性解放的旗帜。在文学著作中，最著名者当以卜伽丘《十日谈》，它不但讴歌了人类的崇高爱情乃至性爱，还辛辣地讽刺了宗教神学与神父禁欲的虚伪，主张人类的性心理应当自由发展，而不受宗教的羁绊达·芬奇作为人本主义的另一代表，为了深入研究人类行为未被揭示的机制，亲手以解剖刀从解剖学中探索人类的情欲活动及其机理，并积极地从事社会活动，反对教会的禁欲主义与精神栓桔。与人本主义的“自由意志”初衷适得其反的是，本为反对封建主义禁欲观的思潮，在20世纪60年代后成为西方性自由、J哇革命的理论源头与依据。他们公开主张:成年人都具有自由意志，应当据他们的最大利益之所在而由自己决定其性行为时间、地点、方式;拒绝在道德上谴责不合大众常规的性行为如同性恋等，主张用“性少数派”一词以替代性变态—他们认为此词有损这些行为者的人格;婚前、婚外性行为应受到社会许可;同等对待同性恋与异性恋;性的目的不是为了单纯的生育目的而是“快乐结合”;法律只是惩处那些强奸、性骚扰、性虐待等暴烈方式使对方受到伤害的性行为，等等。这些性观念在20世纪60年代以来的西方工业化国家中青年人中广泛流传，并造成了严重的社会和家庭问题，乃至性病一艾滋病的广泛流行与传播，与传统的抑或当代的中国国情不符、性道德一性价值观相违，故理应受到抵制。并且，现代人本主义性观念在西方工业化国家近年亦受到传统伦理观的反击与挑战。(樊友平撰车丈博审)
