联合制碱法分子式:CAS号:性质:又称侯氏制碱法,循环制碱法或双产品法。由合成氨厂提供氨和二氧化碳,以食盐为原料生产纯碱和氯化铵。将氨通入饱和盐水中,制成氨盐水,加入碳(酸)化塔中,同时通入二氧化碳在塔内进行碳酸化反应,生成碳酸氢钠,煅烧后得纯碱产品。分离碳酸氢钠后的母液富含氯化铵,经过加氨、降温(至10~15℃)冷却析出一部分氯化铵结晶,再加入固体食盐进行盐析,可使绝大部分氯化铵结晶析出,经过滤、分离、干燥,并加入抗结块剂即得产品氯化铵。残留氯化钠的母液送回盐水精制系统循环使用。此法是氨碱法的重大改革,利用合成氨系统排出的二氧化碳,可以省去庞大、耗能的石灰窑,也可以取消氨碱法中所用的蒸馏设备,同时获得两种工农业需要的产品-纯碱和氯化铵。但此法腐蚀比氨碱法严重。早期由德国蔡安(Zahn)公司开发的蔡安制碱法也属于联合制碱法。
