超高分子量聚乙烯[-CH2-CH2]n- 超高分子量聚乙烯(简写UHMWPE)具有突出的高模量、高韧性、高耐磨、自润滑性优良、密度低、制造成本低廉等特征,是目前发展中的高性能、造价低工程塑料。其工艺合成路线有:低压聚合法、淤浆法、气相法等。 UHMWPE的分子量一般在100万以上,而普通的HDPE分子量在5万~30万范围,但其分子结构与HDPE基本相同,也是一种线型分子结构。其熔体强度极高.实际上是处于凝胶状态,它是一种对热剪切极不敏感的聚合物。 UHMWPE的耐磨性在已知塑料中名列第一,比聚四氟乙烯高6倍,比聚氨酯也高6倍。 耐冲击性能比聚甲醛高14倍,比ABS塑料高4倍,比聚碳酸酯高l倍。润滑性能良好,其动摩擦系数与聚四氟乙烯相同;耐低温性能也好;消音性能优良;吸水率在0.01%以下;耐化学药品性能、抗粘结性能良好;无毒。 耐热性能差,一般使用温度在100℃以下。其脆化温度在-80℃以下,耐低温性能优良。 电绝缘性能好,其体积电阻在1016欧·厘米以上。击穿电压在27-28KV/mm,介电损耗为(2-3)×10-4。 UHMWPE HDPE密度(g/立方厘米) 0.94 0.95熔体流动速率(g/l0min) 0 0.05~10平均分子量(万) 200 5~30熔点(℃) 130~131 129~130洛氏硬度 R38 R35负荷下变形率(%) 6 9热变形温度(℃) 79~83 63~71维卡软化点(℃) 133 122
