传热强化提高传热系数的传热技术。在传热理论的应用研究中最常遇到传热强化问题。强化的目的是提高设备的利用率、节约能源或满足特殊的工艺要求。根据传热系数的定义式,传热过程的总热阻(1/KA)等于固壁两侧的对流换热热阻(1/h1A,1/h 2A)和固壁本身的导热热阻(δ/kA)等 3个分热阻之和。其中K 为总传热系数,h1、h 2分别为两侧流体对固壁的对流传热系数,δ和k为固壁的厚度和热导率,A 为固壁传热面积。如果传热是在高温下进行,总热阻中还应包括分热阻──辐射热阻。因此,一般地说,降低任何一个分热阻都能提高传热系数。但是实际上,只有当固壁的导热热阻相对于其他几个分热阻较大或相接近时,选用热导率k比较大的金属作固壁材料才是有意义的。当对流换热热阻较大时,导热热阻在总热阻中所占比重很小,这时为了强化传热,主要是靠设法减小固壁两侧的对流换热热阻。就两侧的对流换热热阻来说,如果两值相近,强化两侧或任一侧都有效果;如果两者差别较大,则应着重强化原来换热热阻大的一侧。通过减小分热阻以强化传热的办法很多,经常应用的有:①选用热导率大的材料,或减薄固壁厚度,以降低导热热阻;②提高气体和固壁表面的黑度,以降低辐射热阻。强化对流换热常常是强化传热过程的主要途径,可以采用的手段也更加多样,常用的有:①选用热导率比较大的流体。例如,氢冷比空气冷有效,水冷效果更佳;②加大流动速度,以提高湍流度,减薄边界层,降低对流热阻;采用短管换热器也可以抑制边界层增厚;③采用螺旋管、螺旋板、入口旋流片、各种波形管、异形管和管内插入件,以及粗糙表面等以增强流体扰动;④在对流换热较弱的一侧采用肋片、翅片,以增大换热面积和扰动度;⑤尽量采用相变换热,并且在沸腾汽化时应用多孔金属壁以增加汽化核心;在蒸汽凝结时,换热面上加涂料或流体中掺入添加剂,造成珠状凝结条件;⑥改进冷热气流的流向安排,以提高换热温压;应用电磁和超声等效应也可以达到强化传热的目的。
