海上油气采集系统随水深、油田类型和开发方式的不同(见海上油气开发),分两大类:水上常规式采集系统用固定平台采油,将油井套管和油管引伸至平台上,井口安装与陆上相同的采油树(见彩图)进行采油。与陆上油田相比,特点是:①采油速度高;②工艺流程和设备布置紧凑,要求设备小型、高效、耐用;③安全措施严格;④对人员技术要求高;⑤人员组成不同,维护人员远多于生产操作人员。水下采集系统由水下采油井口装置、井内测试设备、井口监控系统、浮式或平台集油站、油气处理装置等组成。集油站能遥控操作,接受井口流出的油气,进行处理,测试各井油气生产参数,必要时向井内注入化学药剂以保证正常生产。本系统适用于300m以上的深水采油。60年代初发展的水下采集系统,主要形式有:①单井水下采集系统。采油树安装在水下井口上,通过管线连到水面集油站。用钻井船钻井,完井一口投产一口,使油田早期投产,以取得足够的油层资料数据,油田进入开发阶段后即可转为正式生产。②卫星井采集系统。有一个中心导管将周围的水下井口进行集中,水面集油站与中心导管联通。优点是:实行分片采集可减少管线数量;易将勘探井纳入采油系统;并便于监控。水下采油井口装置是水下采油系统中最基本的部分。1943年在加拿大伊利湖安装了第一个水下井口。1960年在美国路易斯安那州的大陆架第一次不用潜水员安装了水下井口,所有安装工作都在钻井船上遥控进行。之后在圣巴巴拉海峡安装了五个这样的井口装置。水下井口装置分两种:①湿式,井口设备与海水接触;②干式,用金属封闭罩保护井口,罩内保持一个大气压,维修人员可乘潜水器进入罩内检修,比较方便。参考书目M.
