杨树蛀干害虫的有效防治在杨树人工林中，以杨干象甲、白杨透翅蛾、青杨天牛三种蛀干害虫发生面积大，危害严重，防治困难。由于蛀干害虫的猖獗危害，致使林木成片死亡，防护林“带断网破”。经过对蛀干害虫多年的综合治理，取得了较好的防治效果，积累了—些经验。对三种蛀干害虫的治理，除要加强苗木产地检疫工作外，还应抓好治理的技术措施和组织管理措施。一、技术措施(一)白杨透翅蛾防治技术措施诱捕时间：在有代表性的林地内，提前诱捕观察。当诱到第—只雄蛾时，即开始大面积防治。诱捕方法：采用涂干钉诱芯法。在用树林中，诱捕点棋盘式设置，0.2公顷—0.3公顷设一个，林缘适当多设没一些。在农防林中150米—200米设一个诱捕点，线形等距离排列。诱芯钉在胶面中央，固定在树干1.3米—1.5米处的向阳面。诱捕点涂两次胶，每次涂20克。在苗圃和幼林中，制一标牌，在其上涂胶钉芯。(二)杨干象甲防治技术措施1．按着适时早防、防后补漏、治轻、治小、治理虫源木的原则，县与县、乡与乡之间有机协调，集中连片，联防联治，以达到防治一片巩固一片，逐步岁扩大保护区，缩小疫区。2．划分灾害类型区，分类施策。设计防治的地块，要掌握在树龄小、被害轻的林分内(树龄在6—8年生以下，被害率在10％以下)；对被害重的老林带、孤立木、林中呈团块状分布的要优先设计采伐，清理虫源木。3．栽植诱木，集中除治。4．化学防治，利用杀虫优原液，或氧化乐果50倍液，涂抹虫孔。防治时间在幼虫开始为害、蛀入孔排出木屑开始，必要时进行二次防治。(三)青杨天牛防治技术措施1．营林措施，优化树种结构，营造混交林，形成有一定自控能力的林分结构。对重灾区中无防治价值的大龄林木，优先采伐更新；对中、幼龄林木伐除后，可进行萌芽更新或嫁接更新。2．物理措施，对被害的林木，可进行人工修枝或高干截头，剪除虫瘿，集中烧掉。3．化学防治，利用杀虫优、氧化乐果点涂虫孔或于成虫羽化盛期喷雾防治成虫。二、组织管理措施1.大力宣传贯彻《森林病虫害防治条例》，本着“预防为主，综合治理”的方针及治早、治小、治少的原则，执行“谁经营、谁防治”的责任制度。2．层层签订防治责任制，把防治任务纳入各级领导任期目标，落实责任，层层签订防治承包合同，有奖有罚。没有完成防治任务的或没有达到防治标准的，实行限期除治通知书制度，限期仍没有防治或没达到防治标准的要进行经济处罚。（源自《黑龙江林业》第8期）
