岩石爆破岩石爆破rock blastingyansh一boo即岩石爆破(roek blasting)利用炸药爆炸时所释放出来的能量来破碎岩石的方法。它与机械破碎、热力破碎等相比较，其特点是能以极简单的手段，可控制释放的极大功率，在很短时间内完成各种规模的破碎岩石作业，费用低廉。因此广泛应用于采矿工程和其它岩石工程。原理装在岩石中的炸药爆炸时，产生高温高压的冲击波和爆炸生成气体，以极其猛烈的方式冲击压缩周围的岩石，在岩石中形成极高的应力幅度，使岩石破碎。在工程爆破中爆破过程包括装药、堵塞和起爆三个步骤。首先将所需的炸药装人矿岩内部(即装人浅眼、深孔和酮室内)或者敷设在岩块的表面(如裸露爆破)，然后用粘土、沙或其它材料将装药后的剩余空间填塞，如果是裸露爆破，则将堵塞材料覆盖在药包上面。最后用起爆器材引爆炸药。简史早在6一7世纪，中国就已经发明了黑火药，但很长时期主要用于军事和烟火。直到17世纪才有用于采矿的记载，形成了矿山爆破技术。19世纪下半叶，相继出现了威力较大的硝化甘油类炸药、硝钱类炸药和雷管，奠定了近代爆破技术的基础。20世纪30年代中期，一些国家的地下采矿开始出现深孔落矿。50年代起，世界各国在采掘工业中先后采用了控制爆破技术;中国则在井下采用了深孔落矿，一次爆破的装药量从数十吨到数百吨，在寡天矿山的基建剥离工作中，大规模采用闲室爆破，一次爆破的装药量达到万吨。1956年中国甘肃白银厂露天铜矿的剥离大爆破中，一次爆破装药量为9314.7t，是当时世界采矿爆破史上最大的一次爆破。1971年中国四川渡口攀枝花朱家包包铁矿的剥离大爆破，一次爆破装药量达到lo612t。分类按照装药和爆破作用性质的不同，可将岩石爆破分为:外部作用爆破和内部作用爆破。外部作用爆破是将炸药包装在岩块的表面，主要利用炸药爆炸时的冲击波能量来破碎岩石。这种爆破称为裸露爆破、外敷爆破或糊炮，矿山主要用它来破碎大块。内部作用爆破是将炸药装在岩体内部，利用炸药爆炸时的冲击波能量和高压气体的膨服能来破碎岩石。根据装药空间的形状和尺寸不同，内部爆破作用可分为:(1)炮眼(浅眼)爆破将炸药装在深度小于3一sm，直径小于SOmm的炮眼中进行爆破。它广泛用于井巷掘进、炮眼落矿和二次破碎等作业中。(2)深孔爆破将炸药装在孔深大于sm，直径大于SOmm的钻孔中进行的爆破口它广泛用于矿山的采矿和剥离。(3)酮室爆破将炸药装在专用的装药巷道或酮室中进行的爆破。这种爆破的一次装药量大，爆破规模大，多用于露天矿的基建剥离、堆筑尾矿坝和形成地下某些采矿方法的废石垫层。展望爆破虽然能量利用率低，岩石破碎质量不够理想和产生有害效应，但从科学技术发展的情况来看，它仍然是破碎矿岩的主要方法。因此必须加强岩石性质、爆破机理和炸药性能的研究，以达到能合理控制爆破能量、优化爆破参数和抑制有害效应的目的
