动力机械：工业锅炉为工矿企业提供蒸汽或热水(见热水锅炉)以满足生产工艺﹑动力以及采暖等需要的锅炉。工业锅炉用途广﹐数量多﹐燃料消耗量大。“工业锅炉”一词是在20世纪30年代后期﹐随着配火力发电机组的锅炉容量不断增大﹐为了区别于大容量电站锅炉才逐渐采用的。现代大型工业锅炉蒸发量已达到100～200吨/时。 结构型式 工业锅炉在结构型式上可分为火筒式﹑火管式和水管式3类。 火筒锅炉﹔它是早期的锅炉﹐在锅壳中只装有一二个加热锅水用的火筒﹐火筒中有燃烧装置。热效率低﹐体积和钢材耗用量大﹐60年代以后基本上不再生产。 火管锅炉﹕它是在立式或卧式的锅壳中除火筒以外﹐还装置若干烟管。燃料在燃烧室中燃烧后产生的高温烟气流过这些烟管加热锅水﹐然后排入烟囱。与火筒锅炉相比﹐它由于烟管数量多﹐受热面积增大﹐排烟温度较低﹐热效率较高﹐钢材耗用量和锅炉体积都比较小。图1 卧式回火管锅炉 是卧式回火管锅炉。火管锅炉的蒸发量一般都不大于15吨/时﹐工作压力一般不大于1.6兆帕﹐燃煤的热效率一般为70％左右﹐全部自动化操作的燃油锅炉﹐热效率可达到85％。水管锅炉﹕大多用作容量较大﹑压力较高的工业锅炉。水管式锅炉有自然循环式和直流式两种。自然循环的水管锅炉有单锅筒和双锅筒等结构。图2 双锅筒水管锅炉 是双锅筒水管锅炉。这种锅炉在对流管束后一般设置省煤器﹐有时还设置空气预热器﹐以降低排烟温度。燃煤时效率可达80％﹐燃油时更高一些。在直流式工业锅炉中没有锅筒﹐由盘绕在炉膛内壁的管子和后面的对流管束组成受热面。给水从管子的一端进入﹐蒸汽从另一端输出。直流式工业锅炉体积小﹐一般带有汽水分离器和自动控制装置。燃料和燃烧设备 工业锅炉所用的燃料品种广泛﹐有煤(烟煤﹑无烟煤﹑褐煤和煤矸石等)﹑油(重油﹑渣油和柴油等)﹑气(天然气或各种工业副产气体)﹑植物和城市的废料(木材﹑甘蔗渣﹑造纸黑液和垃圾等)等。因此﹐工业锅炉的燃烧设备也是多种多样的。属于层式燃烧设备的有链条炉排﹑下饲炉排﹑往复炉排﹑振动炉排﹑拋煤机加链条炉排等(见炉排)。也有用沸腾燃烧方式的(见沸腾炉)。在蒸发量为65吨/时或更大容量的燃煤工业锅炉中一般采用煤粉。
