硫化精矿直接熔炼硫化精矿直接熔炼direct smelting of sulphide concentrateI一uhua Jingkuang zhi』ieronglian硫化精矿直接熔炼(direet smelting of sul-phide eoneentrate)硫化精矿不经焙烧或烧结焙烧直接生产出金属的熔炼方法。硫化精矿的传统还_气一一州烧.二，沙暇葵价烈妙谙即臀咒原熔炼方法是硫化精矿先经氧化焙烧或烧结焙烧后，再经还原熔炼得粗金属的两段法。这种方法的主要缺点是MeS的氧化反应放出的热量不能直接用于熔炼过程，而需另外补加燃料。硫化精矿传统造镜熔炼也经熔炼与吹炼两个过程才能产出金属，结果反应产生的热量和50:烟气便分散在两个过程中，造成大量热和硫的损失。硫化精矿直接熔炼就是将两个分开的过程合并进行，达到降低能耗，有利于烟气的综合利用和减少50:烟气对环境污染的目的。硫化矿只经一次处理便直接得到金属的方法有两种途径:(1)沉沈熔炼法，又叫置换还原法，其过程反应为: Me1S十MeZ一人lel十MeZS(2)直接氧化法，其过程反应为:MeS+O:一Me+502从金属一硫一氛(Me一S一O)来化学势图可知，铅对氧、硫的亲和势比较弱，铅的硫化矿可以通过(l)和了2)两种途径进行直接还原。而铜对氧的亲和势非常弱，但对硫的亲和势却非常强，因此硫化铜矿只能通过途径(2)来实现直接熔炼。随着制氧技术的进步和喷射冶金技术的发展，细小硫化精矿的直接熔炼便迅速发展起来。如世界上已建立了4座氛气底吹炼格法(QSL)的直接炼铅厂，已有3座基夫赛特炼铅法直接炼铅厂在正常生产，已有两座三菱法直接炼铜厂投产，诺兰达法原来也是一种直接炼铜的方法。中国水口山矿务局冶炼厂的直接炼铅法(SKs)属于氧气底吹炼铅法的类型，西北铅锌炼厂的QSL法直接炼铅厂正在投产中。
