单纯性红细胞再生障碍性贫血单纯性红细胞再生障碍性贫血为再障的一种特殊类型，以骨髓单纯红系衰竭为特征的一组贫血。由于红系原红细胞和幼红细胞的免疫性损伤，或红细胞生成素的免疫性破坏，所导致的选择性红系细胞生成障碍。周围血液有严重贫血，呈正常红细胞性贫血，血中网织红细胞显著减少或缺如；骨髓有核细胞数并不减少，粒细胞和巨核细胞系列增生正常，但幼红细胞系列显著减少，甚至完全缺如。周围血白细胞和血小板数正常或接近正常。本症可选用肾上腺皮质激素、雄激素和中药等联合治疗；左旋咪唑也有一定疗效。如治疗无效，可选用免疫抑制剂或作脾切除。
