钢桥制造以钢板和型钢为主要材料,按照设计制造钢桥构件(包括梁段、杆件及节点板、连接板等)的生产过程。小跨度上承式钢桥,在运输和架设条件许可的情况下,可在工厂内整孔制造。对钢桥制造的质量要求是:制成品的几何尺寸和工地孔眼位置须有较高的精度,以利工地拼装架设;钢材经冷加工或焊接后的物理性能和铆、焊的质量须符合规范规定和验收标准。制造工艺 用辊压机及型钢矫直机先将钢板或型钢整平、调直,再按用施工图(按照设计图分解而成)放样制做的样板、样杆在钢料上划出切割线,用剪切机、电锯或切割机切割钢料。除了用精密焰割机使切割边缘达到光洁度者外,一般需用刨边机或铣边机进行边缘加工。构件在工厂组装,以往常用铆接,现以焊接为主。工地连接过去也用铆接,现多用高强度螺栓连接。铆钉或螺栓的孔眼,可用轨行钻床或手持电钻、风钻制孔。铆接杆件可用风动铆钉枪或铆钉机铆合。焊接杆件应按焊缝类型与设计要求,分别使用埋弧自动焊、半自动焊或手工焊。为保证焊接质量,对高强度或厚钢板可采用预热工艺。高强度螺栓连接的摩擦面,用喷丸(砂)除锈和表面粗糙处理后,喷铝或涂无机富锌漆以保证摩擦系数。构件制成后,经过整修、试装、除锈、油漆(底漆两度、连接面除外)等工序,然后发往工地拼装架设。在钢桥的制造过程中,要有严格的质量检查制度。对于焊缝除进行外观检查外,应按规程或设计要求用超声波或 X光(或у射线)探伤检验。工艺装备 主要有胎型、卡具和钻孔套样板。胎型的功能是用其挡具来控制构件的几何形状及尺寸,一般由底盘、定位挡具及托架组成,分固定和转动两种形式。桁架梁的铆接纵梁和横梁,可在专用的固定胎型组装,用冲钉及组装螺栓固定各料件的相对位置后,扳开挡具将构件吊出胎型,再行铆合。主桁杆件则可用卡具控制其截面宽度。焊接桁梁构件或箱形梁段,可用卡具或胎型控制其各部尺寸,并用定位焊固定其料件的相对位置后,再移到转胎内施焊(为避免仰焊以保质量)。钻孔套样板习称机器样板,它是在厚度最小为12毫米的钢板上按照孔眼位置镶嵌渗碳钢钻孔套而成。钻孔套硬度高于钻头,其位置及内径尺寸精度高,用它控制钻孔,可保证孔眼精度。近年来,数控技术已逐步应用到钢桥制造的放样、焰割、制孔等工序,使钢桥生产自动化程度和产品质量得到显著提高。参考书目钟用达:《普通钢桥》,人民铁道出版社,北京,1957。中国土木工程学会箱形钢梁焊接技术考查组:《日本栓焊钢桥设计与制造》,中国铁道出版社,北京,1980。
