渗透汽化分子式：CAS号：性质：又称渗透汽化。液体在膜两侧压力差的作用下，从膜的一侧透过膜，而在另一侧变成蒸气的过程。其原理是：在膜的上游连续输入已被加热的液体，在膜的下游用真空泵抽吸造成负压，使液体透过膜变成蒸气，然后，再将其冷凝成液体。膜的上游一般维持常压。液体混合物的不同组分透过膜的速度不同，从而可实现不同组分的分离。目前渗透蒸发已在醇类的精制（脱水）等方面实现了工业化。
