再生分子式:CAS号:性质:(一)再生是指通过各种处理,使失活、催化剂恢复活性或选择性的过程。根据催化剂类型、组成及活性下降不同原因,再生方法多种多样。如积炭引起失活,则通入空气烧焦进行再生。如系活性组分或助剂流失,则予以补充,如系氧或水蒸气导致暂时失活,则通入干燥气或还原气再生。(二)生物体的一部分在其损伤或缺失后,发生自行修复或重新生成的现象。分两类:(1)生理性再生:属正常生命活动一部分,如鸟类换羽、红细胞的更新等;(2)病理性再生(补偿性再生):属外来损伤后引起的再生,如伤口愈合、骨折后的重新接合等。植物的再生能力极强,故可利用部分植物体进行无性繁殖,如插枝、压条等。动物的再生能力一般随进化程度而下降。水螅、涡虫等低等动物的再生能力很强。在微生物中,再生现象更为普遍,尤其是通过人为处理而脱去细胞壁的原生质体、球状体,在外源遗传物质掺入或进行原生质体融合后,仍可再生出正常的细胞壁,因而在育种工作中显得十分重要。(三)黏胶纤维生产中的一个过程(工序)。系指大分子化学结构为纤维素黄酸酯的黏胶纺丝液,在纺丝时被挤压入凝固浴中时纤维素黄酸酷即与凝固浴中的硫酸发生反应,重新转变成它原来所具的结构——纤维素结构,反应如下:所以,这个过程被称再生。由于它是在凝固浴中发生的,在转变成纤维素结构的同时,纺丝液也被固化成丝,所以该工序也称成形工序,或纺丝工序。
