高压水射流喷射系统的应用领域采用正确的工业清洗方法对设备定期清洗是工业生产中必不可少的环节。高压水射流技术的主要用途之一,是进行工业清洗。其实质是由高压泵(或增压器)产生高压水流经喷头喷射出高速水流,对清洗对象进行冲蚀、剥蚀、切除、打击以达到清洗的目的。它具有高效、节能、无污染、无腐蚀,设备通用性强,清洗成本低等其它清洗方法(人工清洗、化学清洗、超声波清洗、气体喷砂等)不可替代的优点。近年来,清洗设备向更大功率、更高压力、更完善成套功能方向发展,清洗服务向大规模、专业化发展。当前,高压水清洗技术在石油、化工、电力、冶金、船舶、民航、运输、建筑、轻工、食品、市政工程等工业领域已获得了广泛的应用。其具体用途和推荐使用压力详见附表。除工业清洗外,高压水射流技术在工业除锈、工业切割、混凝土切割及路面破坏、水射流注浆、水力采煤技术、土方工程、冻土与冰的破碎、水射流除尘、水射流钻孔、无纺布生产、海水淡化中也获得了应用。
