输煤系统顺序控制输煤系统顺序控制coal handling system sequence controlshumel xltong shunxu kongzh-输煤系统顺序控制(eoal handling systemsequence control)对进厂煤送锅炉房或储煤场以及储煤场的煤送锅炉房进行的自动控制.送锅炉房的煤根据各台锅炉原煤斗的煤位或煤量悄况分别送人各台锅炉的原煤斗。当所有煤斗均有充足的煤t时，进厂煤应转送往储煤场。皮带运输机的正常起停过程都是按照顺煤流方向进行的，即先起动卸煤沟底的给煤机和1号皮带运愉机，待1号皮带运箱机上的煤流接近皮带的终端时，再起动2号皮带运翰机。停止时应先停止给煤机，待l号皮带运翰机上的煤已卸空时再停止1号皮带运输机。在事故情况下，允许同时停止所有的皮带运输机。斗轮堆取料机的控制是由储煤场的一端开始使斗轮机的悬臂作旋转运动。待煤场形成一条弧形的煤堆后再控制斗轮机前进或后退，并使悬份反向作旋转运动。如此不断反复控制，直到斗轮机到达储煤场的另一端，并使煤场上堆好第一层煤。用同样的方法控制斗轮机在煤场上堆第二层、第三层煤，直到全部煤堆完为止。而取煤的方式和堆煤相反，先取最上一层煤、再依次取以下各层的煤。现代大容量火电厂的输煤系统控制采用可编程逻样控制器，具有设备起停，运行路径检查、选择，条件连锁逻辑处理，运行工况监视、报普、保护，卸煤给煤机调节，来煤计量，料位测量，原煤斗配煤等功能，可以程控、远控或就地操作。为此，还必须配备以下专用测量变送器:①皮带速度变送器，当皮带的速度低于额定值的90%时送出报警信号，而低于75%时送出停止皮带箱送机的信号;②煤流开关，装在皮带的头部及尾部，当煤流量达到额定值的20%~40%时，送出有煤流的信号用以控制皮带运输机的起停;③煤斗煤位或煤量变送器，在煤斗煤位或煤量低于10环时送出空仓信号，超过90%时送出满仓信号用以控制输煤系统的起停;④皮带偏移开关，当皮带中心线偏离运翰机中心线超过皮带宽度的5%时，送出皮带偏移信号控制皮带运输机;⑤落煤管堵煤信号，在落煤管发生堵塞时送出信号起动振动器或停止皮带运输机;⑥金属探测器，探测到磁性金属时，控制电磁铁进行排除，探侧到非磁性金属时，控制含杂物的煤分流排除;⑦角位移变送器，测量斗轮堆取料机悬臂的水平和垂直位置，用以控制堆取料机的堆煤和取煤过程。
