预涂感光版 现涂感光版预涂感光版就是一种预先涂有感光性膜层的印刷版，简称PS版。按其应用范围分有平版、凸版、丝网版等多种, 但主要用于平版。按其感光特性分有N型和P型。N型即阴图型，适用于阴图底片的晒制,P型适用于阳图底片。也有阴图和阳图两用型PS版。PS版主要由版基和感光性膜层两部分构成。版基是附着感光性膜层和进行印刷的基础，一般有金属基、纸基、聚酯片基、醋酸纤维素片基等。感光膜层是传递图文和吸附油墨的基础，主要由感光性物质、成膜性高分子物质和助剂组成。感光性物质一般分低分子有机感光性物质 (重氮或叠氮化合物) 和高分子有机感光性物质(感光性聚合物)两大类。PS版因可事先制成感光版材，故在生产中可连续大量制作，储存备用。在使用中具有操作工艺简便、制版速度快、印品质量好、印刷数量大、保存时间长、受温湿度影响小等优点。20世纪80年代国外在生产中应用的已有成百个商品牌号。中国在研究、生产和推广应用方面取得了很大的成效, 已在多数中型以上印刷厂中应用。随着先进技术设备的消化和改进，国内PS版的质量、品种和数量在逐步提高与增多。现涂感光版也称即涂感光版，是在晒制印版时，将感光剂预制品涂布在版基上随涂随用的印版。特点是制作简便、版基处理简易、成本低、可现场手工涂布，且具有一般PS版的许多优点，但耐印力较低。常用于打样版或印数少的产品。
