穿流式栅板塔分子式:分子量:CAS号:性质:板式塔的一种,不设降液管,无溢流装置,如图所示。气-液两相同向地通过栅板的缝隙。栅板也可作成筛孔形式。气相通过栅板孔缝上升,与气体接触后的液体则向下流。这种塔板的优点是:结构十分简单,易于制造加工,安装维修方便,可节省材料和投资;允许通过的气体流量较大,适应的生产能力也大;开孔率大,气体流速小,压力降也小,一般比泡罩塔低40%~80%,特别适于真空蒸馏;污垢不易沉积,孔道不易堵塞;可采用各种非金属耐腐蚀材料(如塑料、陶瓷、石墨等)加工制造。缺点是:操作弹性较小,塔板效率较小。不过由于孔缝处的气速较小,雾沫夹带也小,因而可缩小塔板的间距,在相同的分离条件下,塔的总高度与泡罩塔基本相同。这种塔在工业生产中有应用十分广泛。
