形态鉴定形态鉴定morphological identification; morphometric形态鉴定(morphologieal identifieation:m。印hgmetric)通过测量动物某些外部器官，并将结果进行生物统计分析，借以确定品种或鉴别品种纯度的方法。是蜂种资源调查和蜜蜂育种工作常用的技术方法之一。蜜蜂形态鉴定基本方法是苏联B.B.阿尔帕托夫和德国G.格策分别于1929、1930年提出的。他们用显徽镜对蜜蜂的很多外部器官进行测量，然后进行统计分析，从形态学上有效地将各蜜蜂品种区别开来。后来的研究者作了较大的改进，简化了内容和方法，现在一般只侧定蜜蜂的体色，测量工蜂的味长、前翅长和宽、肘脉指数、第3腹节背板长度、第4腹节背板绒毛带宽度和第5腹节背板上的彼毛长度等。鉴定程序如下:取样除蜂王外，在每个蜂群中随机取出刚羽化出房的工蜂和雄蜂各30只以上，用乙醚将其麻醉，使工蜂的咏充分伸出，并立即将其浸泡于70%的酒精中，以备鉴定用。鉴定项目、方法主要有:体色有两种侧定方法:①目测蜂王、工蜂和雄蜂身体几丁质颜色，尤其是腹节背板几丁质颜色和雄蜂脚背部绒毛的颜色，②测量工蜂第2腹节背板前缘黄色区的宽度:取全部工蜂的第2腹节背板，将其置于载玻片上，在显微镜下用测微尺进行测量。第5腹节背板搜毛长度将全部未经酒精浸泡的工蛛侧放于载玻片上，在体视显徽镜下进行侧量。(图图5第五艘节青板搜毛长度的测t 部位，F表示第二附节毅据处理将所侧得的各种数据进行生物统计分析.计算出平均数、标准差、变异系数等，并进行差异显著度侧定。(刘先蜀)味长取全部工蜂的咏，将其置于载玻片上，在显微镜下用测微尺进行测量。为便于侧量，可将噪放人10%的NaOH溶液中，煮沸数分钟，待嗓周缘的结缔组织散落、嚎软化后，再进行测量。(图l)后锁前领中样舌图l工蜂哮长的测定邵位前翅长和宽取全部工蜂的右前翅，将其里于载玻片上，在显微镜下用测微尺进行侧量。(图2)图2前翅的测t和肘脉指数鉴定部位肘脉指数取全部_L蜂的右前翅，将其t于载玻片上，在显微镜下用测微尺测量反曲翅脉，将第3肘室下缘分割成的a、b两段的长度，并按a/b算出肘脉指数的值。(图2)第3腹节背板长度图3第三腹节背板长度 的测t部位取全部工蜂的第3腹节背板，置于载玻片上，在显徽镜下用测微尺进行测量。(图3)第4腹节背板绒毛带宽度取全部未经酒精漫泡险娜娜电图4第四腹节背板的绒毛宽度的测量部位的工蜂的第4腹节背板，t于载玻片上，在体视显徽镜下用侧徽尺进行侧t(图4)。图中“T”为绒毛带的前后宽度，“R”为其后面较光滑部分的宽度。
