经济流量和经济存量经济流量和经济存量经济流量和经济存量国民经济活动的生产、分配、消费、积累和对外交易等，都是在连续不断的基础上反复进行的过程。因此，对经济活动的统计描述，主要是通过反映经济运行过程的流量指标，即所谓经济流量和反映经济运行结果的存量指标，所谓经济存量来实现的。经济学中有三个基本量纲，即货币单位、实物单位和时间单位。流量和存量都是变量，但流量是时期的函数，其数值与一定时期的长短有关，且有时间量纲;存量是时点的函数，其数值与一定时期的长短无关，而仅与不同的时点有关，且没有时间量纲。经济流量无非是一种经济指标。经济流量一词的广泛应用，表现了由国民财富统计向国民收入统计发展过程中的一个重要特点，即从侧重于经济过程结果及其组成部分的比较研究转向侧重于经济过程本身的研究。由于生产、消费等经济过程都具有循环往复的性质，因此表现这些经济过程的经济流量通常也被称作循环经济流量。对连续不断进行的经济过程从某一瞬间加以考查，在很多情况下可以得到表现经济活动在某一时点上累积结果的经济存量凡经济存量，都是某一时点前相应经济流量发生的累积结果，任一时点上经济存量的形成，其因素都可以追溯到无限遥远的过去。山于这一特点，在研究经济存量时通常都限定一定的时间期限(例如一年)，通过期初期末经济存量的比较来判断其在一定时期内变动的方向和程度。就对经济存量的影响来说，一定时期内的经济流量通常都包含两种相反的流量，一种是期内增加流量，一种是期内减少流量。这两种流量互相抵消后，形成期内净增流量，并连同期初存量一起，决定期末存量。但不是所有的经济流量都有相应的经济存量。例如消费，就只有流量而没有存量。就具有双重表现形式的经济指标来说，其在一定时期内流量和存量的关系可用下式表示:鬓森蓄一翼架霉+翼寡霖瞥 一鬃翼+{瞿潺荔一翼鬓鑫多在宏观经济总量中，最重要的经济流量是国内生产总值和国内生产净值、国民总收入和国民净收入、国民可支配总收入和国民可支配收入、国民总储蓄和国民储蓄，而最重要的经济存量则是国民资产与负债和国民财富。
