分层开采技术油井中有多套层系合采时,由于油层之间的压力、油层物理性质、原油性质等差异,往往互相干扰,使部分油层不能发挥应有的作用。为减少或消除层间干扰,应分层开采,包括分层采油、分层注水及其配套技术。分层采油单管分采在开采多油层的生产井内,用封隔器将油层分隔成若干层段,用配产器来减少层间干扰,为便于井下作业和油井管理,在一口井中,一般可分 3~4个层段进行分层采油(图1)。多管分采在一口井内下几根油管,一根油管开采一个层段,用封隔器将层段分隔开。此法可消除层间干扰,但在一口井中下的油管数要受井眼尺寸的限制,不能太多,而且井下工具和井口装置因管多而复杂化,通常多采用双油管分采两层。在抽油井中有时也进行分层采油。分层注水用封隔器之间的配水器调节一口注水井中各层段的注水量,使各层基本上能按分层配水量定量注水。调整注水井的吸水剖面,控制超注层的注水量、增加欠注层的注水量,使各层中的水线推进比较均匀。通常分层注水为 3~5个层段(图2)。层系比较简单时,可下一级封隔器,从油管和套管各注一层段。有时在一口井中也可下双油管,一组油管注一段。分层测试分层采油前,要测试分层压力、产量和含水率,根据测试的资料来确定分采的层段和对各层段的调节措施。分层采油过程中,也要用测试仪器检查效果。常用的仪器有压力计、产量计和含水测定计。分层注水前,要用放射性同位素载体法或流量计测吸水剖面,根据测试的资料确定分注的层段以及控制和加强注水层段。分层注水过程中用同样测试方法定期检查。中国在60年代开发大庆油田的实践中,形成了一整套分层采油技术,并已在各油田推广使用,对延长无水开采期和提高采收率起了重要作用(见注水开采)。
