Roles & Responsibilities:

Adhere to PwC SDCpolicies and procedures;

Perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC’s User Guide instructions as applied to work requests;

Monitor time spent on assigned tasks and manage deadlines;

Liaise with Team Manager/Deputy Manager and Senior Assistants on a regular basis to understand work required. Observe delivery timetable and meet client service expectation;

Maintain working knowledge of the SDC User Guides;

Participate in training and other developmental opportunities, where possible;

Consistently demonstrate teamwork dynamics by working as a team member: understand personal and team roles; contribute to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; and proactively seek guidance, clarification and feedback from Senior Assistants and Team Manager/Deputy Manager;

Other work assigned by the superior or company.

Requirements:

Bachelor degree (Graduated in is welcomed), a major in Accounting, Commerce and/or Business preferred;

Experience in finance or accounting related work a plus;

Prior BPO centre experience will be preferred;

Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development;

Be able to work under high pressure from Jan to May;

Commit to continuous training and to proactively learn new processes;

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;

Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and simple English;

Good communication skills, willing to communicate with others on problem identified;

Detail oriented and careful;

Good customer service attitude;

Good team work spirit. Positive on others’ advice;

Multi-tasking will be a plus;

High sense of responsibility on work assigned and good working attitude.

Conduct Computer Assisted Auditing Techniques (CAATs): perform >

Requirements:

Bachelor degree, major in information management, computer science and software engineering (Database Systems), accounting, financial management, finance、auditing is preferred;

3-5 years working experience in audit, IT audit、internal control or data analysis related position;

Good logical thinking;

Willing to acquire cross-functional knowledge about accounting auditing data analysis related knowledge;

Good communication skills in written English; Effective interpersonal and influencing skills;

Efficient analytical and problem solving skills;

Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity;

Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage multi tasks at the same period;

Can adapt to travel for short term or long term.
