溯溪泡潭子，是一种非常适合夏天的户外活动，清凉避暑还能享受到大自然的美景。这次我们选择在惠州罗浮山长生谷溯溪泡潭子。

River tracing is a very nice outdoor activity in summer, we not only can escape from the heatwave, but also can enjoy the beautiful scenery of nature. This time, we will go river tracing in Changsheng Valley of Luofu Mountain, Huizhou.

长生谷溯溪路线最大特色就是瀑布众多。

The biggest feature of the Changsheng Valley river tracing route isthat there are many waterfalls.

穿行在谷底，绿树成荫，奇花异草，乐趣非凡。

Walking through the bottom of the valley,shaded by trees, and many exotic flowers and plants, it wiil be very fun.

本路线全程8公里，大部分为土路，其余为溯溪路段，累计爬升985米，总耗时7-8小时。难度为3星，只接受体力好，有一定户外经验的人报名参加。

The whole route is 8 kilometers, most of which are dirt roads, and the rest are upstream river sections. The elevation is 985 meters, and will takes 7-8 hours. The difficulty is 3 stars out of 5.Only those who have good physical strength and some outdoor experience can sign up.

07:30 深大地铁站A2出口

07:55 白石龙地铁站B出口

08:25 丹竹头地铁站A出口集合出发，领队介绍行程，队员们自我介绍认识新朋友

10:30 到达徒步起点，休整热身后开始徒步

12:00 溯溪游泳赏瀑布，享受自带的美味午餐

17:30 到达终点，上车返程，分享行程中趣事和美图

19:30 回到深圳

【装备要求】

速干长衣裤、一套替换衣服，溯溪鞋或登山鞋(防滑)、双肩背包、防水袋、登山杖、护膝、帽子、头巾、太阳镜、手套、一次性雨衣、相机、头灯、充电宝等

【食品和水】

食品：面包、八宝粥、牛肉干、水果、榨菜、士力架巧克力等零食(自己喜欢吃什么就带什么即可)

水：2L（根据个人喝水量增减）、功能饮料500ml、备用水500ml

【活动费用】

118元/人 。

包含包车费，领队服务费，保险费用。如果自己买保险请特别说明。如因不可抗力因素导致活动取消，则全额退款。

08:25 Danzhutou Metro Station exit A,the leader will introduce the trip, and team members introduce themselves and make new friends

10:30Arrive at the starting point, rest and warm up, then start hiking.

12:00 Go wading and swimming, visit beautiful waterfalls, and have lunch (bring your own lunch)

17:30Arrive at the end, get on the bus and go back to Shenzhen, please share interestingthings in the trip and pictures

19:30 Return to Shenzhen

[Equipment Requirements]

quick-dry long sleeve clothes, Achangeofclothes, upstream shoes or hiking shoes (anti-skid), shoulder backpacks, waterproof bag, trekking pole, knee pads, hats, headscarves, sunglasses, gloves, disposable raincoats,cameras, headlamp, power bank, etc.

Food: bread, mixed congee, beef jerky, fruit, pickles, Snickers chocolate and other snacks (you can take whatever you like)
