ORA-12514 登录oracle数据库报错：ORA-12514

使用sqlplus连接Oracle时，报错提示如下图：

ORA-01034 - Oracle not available

ORA-27101 - shared memory realm does not exist

解决方案：

依次执行以下命令：

1、sqlplus /nolog

2、conn / as sysdba

3、startup
