熄焦车熄焦车quenching car对扭沉he 熄焦车(quenchingcar)接受从炭化室推出的赤热焦炭，将其送往熄焦塔熄焦，然后运往焦台的焦炉机械。熄焦车由车体、走行台车、开门机构、牵引机构和制动系统组成。(见图)车体一般都是焊接钢结构。在操作过程中，车体的温度变化剧烈、腐蚀严重。因此，车体内壁铺一层耐热铸铁板，车厢底还有一层防水钢板。通常车底倾斜28。，以保证打开车门后，焦炭能自动地溜出车厢;也有的车底倾斜10一 120，由自带的倾翻机构卸焦。大型熄焦车的走行台车均带有转向架，能较方便地将熄焦车牵引至焦炉操作区以外。由气缸驱动的开门机构，可将车门顶起或关闭。熄焦车的两端都有同牵引电机车相连接的挂钩，以分别适应左型或右型拦焦机的需要。熄焦车采用直动 式制动系统，由气缸通过杠杆带动闸瓦实现制动。开噢率雾率票再篡卿黝行孺鹦车体 }}沧至互全巴三二琶三三已茸泣困川右\\}HI’夸溉二阵开门机构甲一，丈万大兀幼护口云当竺石〔麦-一们翩阪习与丽瓜碑制动系统牵引机构走行台车熄焦车门机构和制动系统的气缸，都由电机车上的空气压缩机供气。在司机室内设置气动阀，由操纵人员进行控制。熄焦车和牵引用的电机车通常是独立的，以便于检修和更换。电机车是牵引熄焦车的专用车辆。其正常走行速度约为1 SOm/~。接焦时电机车慢速行驶，尽量保持同推焦速度同步。电机车的工作条件较差，速度变化大，车轮与轨道之间要有足够的摩擦力，以防止车轮打滑。司机室要密闭隔热，并保证操纵人员的视野开扩。电机车与推焦机、拦焦机之间，应有联系信号和可靠的联锁，以保证操作的安全。(刘家咬陶益新)
