优质油菜“采苔增收”栽培技术 优质油菜“采苔增收”技术，是在栽培双低（低硫甙、低芥酸）优质油菜基础上，充分发挥优质油菜菜薹食味好、品质佳优势，适当提早油菜播栽期，使油菜早起苔，在春节前后菜苔供应淡季增收一季菜薹，夏季再收获一季油菜籽。该技术种植一次，既收菜薹、又收油菜籽，因而又称作“一种双收”。由于油菜薹收获时正值红菜薹生长缓慢，白菜薹尚未上市，因而销售价格较高，效益较好。该技术简单易行，基本不增加投入，对油菜产量影响不大，增产增收效果显著，一般亩增产菜薹 250—350公斤，增收200--300元左右，因而很受农户欢迎。其技术要点为： 1、采用双低优质油菜良种。优质油菜“采苔增收”技术，必须采用符合国家双低标准（芥酸含量小于1%，硫代葡萄糖甙含量小于30微摩尔/克）的早发、抗病、丰产、优质油菜品种，如中油杂4号、中油杂10号、华杂6号、中双9号、中双10号等。 2、适当提早播栽期。将油菜播种期与移栽期较常规栽培适当提早5天左右，即低山8月底播种，高山与二高山8月中旬播种，苗龄30—35天。同时注意施足底肥、稀播匀播（亩播种量控制在400克左右）、及时间苗定苗，培育大壮苗，确保移栽时单株绿叶7—8片。 3、重施底肥、早追苗肥，力促早发、壮苔。苗床亩施总含量为25%的复合肥50公斤，硼砂1公斤作底肥，定苗后结合浇水追施稀释人粪尿或加施少量尿素。大田每亩底施油菜专用肥50公斤，腐熟农家肥1000公斤以上，亩栽苗4000株。油菜移栽成活后，及时追稀粪水提苗，亩用量1000公斤左右，同时中耕松土除草，加强管理，力争“冬至”苗单株绿叶数达到12片以上。施底肥时未使用农家肥的，“冬至”前后亩施土杂肥60担前加施尿素10公斤作腊肥。摘苔前 7—19天亩施尿素5--8公斤作苔肥，并起促发分枝作用。 4、适时适量摘苔。2月中下旬当天气晴朗、苔高达25--30厘米左右，及时摘去15--20厘米左右，保留苔桩10厘米左右，亩产菜苔250--350公斤。摘苔量过大，会影响分枝再生数量而导致菜籽减产。采下的嫩苔要及时上市，数量较大时也可制作成苔干出售。 5、注意防病治虫。开春后及时清沟，防止春雨渍害。遇春旱应浇水抗旱。苗期（包括苗床）及时搞好菜青虫和蚜虫防治。摘苔前只能使用低毒低残留农药并掌握好安全间隔期，防止食物中毒。花期结合喷硼，搞好油菜菌核病的防治工作。
