1 一到早晨,祭司长和长老、文士、全公会的人大家商议,就把耶稣捆绑解去,交给彼拉多。

Very early in the morning, the chief priests, with the elders, the teachers of the law and the whole Sanhedrin, reached a decision. They bound Jesus, led him away and handed him over to Pilate.

2 彼拉多问他说:“你是犹太人的王吗?”耶稣回答说:“你说的是。”

"Are you the king of the Jews?" asked Pilate. "Yes, it is as you say," Jesus replied.

3 祭司长告他许多的事。

The chief priests accused him of many things.

4 彼拉多又问他说:“你看,他们告你这么多的事,你什么都不回答吗?”

So again Pilate asked him, "Aren"t you going to answer? See how many things they are accusing you of."

5 耶稣仍不回答,以致彼拉多觉得希奇。

But Jesus still made no reply, and Pilate was amazed.

6 每逢这节期,巡抚照众人所求的,释放一个囚犯给他们。

Now it was the custom at the Feast to release a prisoner whom the people requested.

7 有一个人名叫巴拉巴,和作乱的人一同捆绑。他们作乱的时候,曾杀过人。

A man called Barabbas was in prison with the insurrectionists who had committed murder in the uprising.

8 众人上去求巡抚,照常例给他们办。

The crowd came up and asked Pilate to do for them what he usually did.

9 彼拉多说:“你们要我释放犹太人的王给你们吗?”

"Do you want me to release to you the king of the Jews?" asked Pilate,

10 他原晓得,祭司长是因为嫉妒才把耶稣解了来。

knowing it was out of envy that the chief priests had handed Jesus over to him.

11 只是祭司长挑唆众人,宁可释放巴拉巴给他们。

But the chief priests stirred up the crowd to have Pilate release Barabbas instead.

12 彼拉多又说:“那么样,你们所称为犹太人的王,我怎么办他呢?”

"What shall I do, then, with the one you call the king of the Jews?" Pilate asked them.

13 他们又喊着说:“把他钉十字架!”

"Crucify him!" they shouted.

14 彼拉多说:“为什么呢?他作了什么恶事呢?”他们便极力地喊着说:“把他钉十字架!”

"Why? What crime has he committed?" asked Pilate. But they shouted all the louder, "Crucify him!"

15 彼拉多要叫众人喜悦,就释放巴拉巴给他们,将耶稣鞭打了,交给人钉十字架。

Wanting to satisfy the crowd, Pilate released Barabbas to them. He had Jesus flogged, and handed him over to be crucified.

16 兵丁把耶稣带进衙门院里,叫齐了全营的兵。

The soldiers led Jesus away into the palace (that is, the Praetorium) and called together the whole company of soldiers.

17 他们给他穿上紫袍,又用荆棘编作冠冕给他戴上,

They put a purple robe on him, then twisted together a crown of thorns and set it on him.

18 就庆贺他说:“恭喜,犹太人的王啊!”

And they began to call out to him, "Hail, king of the Jews!"

19 又拿一根苇子打他的头,吐唾沫在他脸上,屈膝拜他。

Again and again they struck him on the head with a staff and spit on him. Falling on their knees, they paid homage to him.

20 戏弄完了,就给他脱了紫袍,仍穿上他自己的衣服,带他出去,要钉十字架。

And when they had mocked him, they took off the purple robe and put his own clothes on him. Then they led him out to crucify him.

21 有一个古利奈人西门,就是亚历山大和鲁孚的父亲,从乡下来,经过那地方,他们就勉强他同去,好背着耶稣的十字架。

A certain man from Cyrene, Simon, the father of Alexander and Rufus, was passing by on his way in from the country, and they forced him to carry the cross.

22 他们带耶稣到了各各他地方(各各他翻出来,就是髑髅地),

They brought Jesus to the place called Golgotha (which means The Place of the Skull).

23 拿没药调和的酒给耶稣,他却不受。

Then they offered him wine mixed with myrrh, but he did not take it.

24 于是将他钉在十字架上,拈阄分他的衣服,看是谁得什么。

And they crucified him. Dividing up his clothes, they cast lots to see what each would get.

25 钉他在十字架上是巳初的时候。

It was the third hour when they crucified him.

26 在上面有他的罪状,写的是:“犹太人的王”。

The written notice of the charge against him read: THE KING OF THE JEWS.

27 他们又把两个强盗和他同钉十字架,一个在右边,一个在左边。(有古卷在此有

They crucified two robbers with him, one on his right and one on his left.

28 “这就应了经上的话说:‘他被列在罪犯之中。’”)

[and the scripture was fulfilled which says, "He was counted with the lawless ones" (Isa 53:12)]

29 从那里经过的人辱骂他,摇着头,说:“咳,你这拆毁圣殿,三日又建造起来的,

Those who passed by hurled insults at him, shaking their heads and saying, "So! You who are going to destroy the temple and build it in three days,

30 可以救自己,从十字架上下来吧!”

come down from the cross and save yourself!"

31 祭司长和文士也是这样戏弄他,彼此说:“他救了别人,不能救自己。

In the same way the chief priests and the teachers of the law mocked him among themselves. "He saved others," they said, "but he can"t save himself!

32 以色列的王基督,现在可以从十字架上下来,叫我们看见,就信了。”那和他同钉的人也是讥诮他。

Let this Christ, this King of Israel, come down now from the cross, that we may see and believe." Those crucified with him also heaped insults on him.

33 从午正到申初,遍地都黑暗了。

At the sixth hour darkness came over the whole land until the ninth hour.

34 申初的时候,耶稣大声喊着说:“以罗伊,以罗伊!拉马撒巴各大尼?”(翻出来就是:我的神,我的神,为什么离弃我?)

And at the ninth hour Jesus cried out in a loud voice, "Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani?"--which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"

35 旁边站着的人,有的听见就说:“看哪,他叫以利亚呢!”

When some of those standing near heard this, they said, "Listen, he"s calling Elijah."

36 有一个人跑去,把海绒蘸满了醋,绑在苇子上,送给他喝,说:“且等着,看以利亚来不来把他取下。”

One man ran, filled a sponge with wine vinegar, put it on a stick, and offered it to Jesus to drink. "Now leave him alone. Let"s see if Elijah comes to take him down," he said.

37 耶稣大声喊叫,气就断了。

With a loud cry, Jesus breathed his last.

38 殿里的幔子从上到下裂为两半。

The curtain of the temple was torn in two from top to bottom.

39 对面站着的百夫长看见耶稣这样喊叫断气(有古卷没有“喊叫”二字),就说:“这人真是神的儿子!”

And when the centurion, who stood there in front of Jesus, heard his cry and saw how he died, he said, "Surely this man was the Son of God!"

40 还有些妇女远远地观看,内中有抹大拉的马利亚,又有小雅各和约西的母亲马利亚,并有撒罗米,

Some women were watching from a distance. Among them were Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James the younger and of Joses, and Salome.

41 就是耶稣在加利利的时候,跟随他、服侍他的那些人,还有同耶稣上耶路撒冷的好些妇女在那里观看。

In Galilee these women had followed him and cared for his needs. Many other women who had come up with him to Jerusalem were also there.

42 到了晚上,因为这是预备日,就是安息日的前一日,

It was Preparation Day (that is, the day before the Sabbath). So as evening approached,

43 有亚利马太的约瑟前来,他是尊贵的议士,也是等候神国的。他放胆进去见彼拉多,求耶稣的身体。

Joseph of Arimathea, a prominent member of the Council, who was himself waiting for the kingdom of God, went boldly to Pilate and asked for Jesus" body.

44 彼拉多诧异耶稣已经死了,便叫百夫长来,问他耶稣死了久不久。

Pilate was surprised to hear that he was already dead. Summoning the centurion, he asked him if Jesus had already died.

45 既从百夫长得知实情,就把耶稣的尸首赐给约瑟。

When he learned from the centurion that it was so, he gave the body to Joseph.

46 约瑟买了细麻布,把耶稣取下来,用细麻布裹好,安放在磐石中凿出来的坟墓里,又滚过一块石头来挡住墓门。

So Joseph bought some linen cloth, took down the body, wrapped it in the linen, and placed it in a tomb cut out of rock. Then he rolled a stone against the entrance of the tomb.

47 抹大拉的马利亚和约西的母亲马利亚都看见安放他的地方。

Mary Magdalene and Mary the mother of Joses saw where he was laid.

马可福音第十三至十五章

基督徒所要面对的(十三1~13)

许多人都想知道前面要发生的事,主给祂的门徒有清楚的指示:

1. 世界的景况:人类谋求和平、安宁,因为看到黑暗的势力笼罩大地,小至地方社会,大及全球似在欣欣向荣中却隐伏各样危机(7~8)。信徒须尽力谋求和平与安宁,为的是使福音更能广传(10),拯救更多的人,然后末期终必来到。

2. 传福音会遭遇更多的困难:自耶稣基督在地上传天国福音以来,传福音的人未曾轻易工作,主自己便是一个真实的榜样。然而因为先贤的不气馁,我们今日才得以饱尝福音的好处,为主受逼迫的是有福的(参太五11)。

3. 因主的缘故,生活也不容易(12~13):基督徒应该是从世上分别出来的,但因所肩负的使命而再投入世界生活,然而主必给我们有足够的恩典和能力去完成祂的工作。地上是暂时的,救恩却是永远的。

而在这一切的事上,我们应该有忍耐的心志(13)。

对末世的态度(十三14~27)

圣经明明的记载末世必然会来到,而在末期还没有到之前,必然有许多事情发生(十三7),基督徒对末世的态度应该留意:

1. 我们深信一切都在主的手中,不管是历史上曾发生的,或将发生的事(14~19),都是全能的神所容许的。

2. 在那些末世的日子,纵然有极大的灾难,主仍然看顾及管理,而祂亦能体会人的软弱(20)。

3. 我们必须对真理及我们的主有深彻的认识,正如主认识我们一样(参约十14),否则一些神迹奇事便会把我们迷惑住了。在埃及皇宫之中,与摩西斗法的埃及术士也能把杖变为蛇,我们若非有属灵的生命和智慧,怎能鉴别真伪(21~22)?

4. 我们若要警醒,必须对神的话语──圣经有更深的认识,因为主说,祂早已告诉我们(23)。

5. 我们须存欢喜盼望的心来迎接基督第二次的降临,那是何等大的荣耀(24~27)!

主必再来(十三28~37)

在这段经文中,主亲自讲述祂再来的铁证:

1. 这些事的成就(29):世界上所发生的事,都是主曾预言的。这些征兆你有留意吗?

2. 主清楚地讲明,天地终要废去,这些有形质的都要被烈火消灭,然后那荣耀而永远的国度才建立。

3. 主的话不能废去(31)。主用权柄和应许来重申祂的再来。主必再来,但祂要信徒注意:

.那日子惟有父知道(32):我们不必瞎猜主回来的日子,只要随时准备迎见祂,信徒存谨慎的态度过地上的生活是必须的。

.警醒祈祷:警醒的态度能令我们对罪提高警觉,以致不轻易随从世俗而流失;而祈祷是保持我们与必会再来的主的联系(33)。

.当作的工:我们须留意去完成祂所吩咐的使命。在神的家中,我们须防备,时常作看守的工作(34)。

.祂是工作的主,我们是仆人。家主回来,必要祂的仆人向祂交帐。

为主而作(十四1~9)

主耶稣在这段记载中所说的话十分宝贵,祂教导我们分辨那些工作是值得记念的(9)。这个女人作在主身上的美事是值得宣扬的,她所作的有几点甚值得我们思想:

1. “至贵的”(3):作在主身上或为主而作的,都必须是最好的。既然主不吝啬把最好的给我们,那么,我们以什么回报主呢?当你奉献的时候,是把你所不要的献上,还是把最心爱的献上呢?

2. 被人难为(4~6):她全心全意献上最贵重的,却遭人冷言冷语,令她甚为难堪;但主知道她的心意和动机,主为她解围。你是否有同样的际遇?记着:主必为你伸诉。

3. 主看为美的事:每位信徒都想做些被主看为美的事,这些事的观点与角度若要被看为美,只有一个方向,便是按主的看法来做每一件事(4、6)。

4. 尽上所能(8):主知道我们所作的是付出了多少能力。祂要求的不是人献上多少,而是我们是否尽上全力。

卖主的逆贼(十四10~16)

逾越节筵席之前,在主耶稣的门徒中,竟然有一位背叛师门,出卖恩师。从这件事中,我们不能不小心警惕。

1. 犹大身为耶稣的弟子,却勾结祭司长,这正是他自取败坏的一环。犹大敌友不分,可谓胡涂极了。基督徒虽然要入世,但在真理上必须敌我分明,否则易蹈犹大的覆辙。

2. 犹大身为耶稣的弟子,然而也是金钱的奴隶,他一身事奉两个主,脚踏两船使他到头来两大皆空,落得悲惨的收场(参太二十七3~5)。在神的诫命中,从来不容许我们拜别的神,不得有偶像,这是独一的神所不能容许的。

3. 犹大身为耶稣的弟子,并未报答恩师,反而费尽思量,如何出卖主(11),可见我们的思想在我们一生中占着何等重要的一环,不是为善的,便是作恶的。我们若不思念主恩,便容易埋怨神,若你要二择其一,你将如何选择?

无名氏为主预备筵席,总比挂名的基督徒出卖主好得多。

最后的晚餐(十四17~25)

在最后坐席的时候,犹大也参与在其中(18)。他真可谓是财迷心窍,不但出卖耶稣,而且居然胆敢与主一同吃晚餐(20)。人的愚昧和诡诈显而易见,在全能者之前,犹大居然还在伪装及撒谎(19),他实在不认识我们的主。虽然跟随主已有三年之久,却不知道主是无所不知、全能的神,在最后的时刻仍要欺骗恩师。在今日的教会中,不知有多少信徒也正在重蹈犹大的覆辙,成为挂名的基督徒,以为连耶稣也可以瞒骗。奉主的名工作,却不是主的门徒,请记着主说,那人“有祸了”(21)。

.主的饼喻身体,葡萄汁喻血,以此来设立圣餐(22~25),为的是要我们常常如此行来记念祂。耶稣不会讲一些没有意思的话,祂也不会无故自大,祂乃是要藉着一个实际的行动来使人记念祂,因为祂的舍己是神救恩大工的一部分。在最后的时刻,祂要使门徒知道,祂的死乃是新立的约,成全了神与人的关系,也表明祂在地上的工作已完毕了(25)。

警醒的祷告(十四26~42)

单凭人的肉体和情感并不足以使我们爱主,我们必须有属灵的能力,使我们内在的人刚强起来。门徒的表现可窥一斑:

1. 彼得和众门徒誓死效忠(31):虽然彼得曾极力陈言,但在行为、理性和感情上的允诺并不代表他全人的表现,因为到头来他还是三次不认主。主预知没有圣灵能力的人的软弱。

2. 门徒在客西马尼园睡着了(37、40~41):门徒心有余而力不足(38),他们虽然知道、愿意为主警醒,但力不从心,因为欠缺属灵的能力行事。不论外在的环境或内在的忧愁,都使他们困倦,虽然他们不想如此,但却不知道该如何做(40)。主给他们一个提醒,也是给我们设立榜样,就是伏地祷告(35、39),这是得力的途径,后来当主升天后,门徒在一起同心合意地祷告,以等待圣灵的降临,门徒在祷告中得着从上面来的能力,建立了初期教会(参徒一)。

3. 当主需要人与祂同心警醒的时候,人却使祂失望,今日主吩咐我们警醒。
